1. Statement of intent
When you sign up to be a member of Play4150, you will be asked to submit
personal information about yourself (e.g. name, address, date of birth etc) in
order to receive the services outlined on our website.
By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Play4150 to allow
you to manage your account on-line. Whenever you provide such personal
information, we will treat that information in accordance with this policy.
Play4150 endeavours
to act in accordance with current legislation and aims to meet Internet best
practice.

2. Information on visitors
When you log in to Play4150 the pages you see along with something called a
cookie, are downloaded to your computer (see point 3 for more on this). We do
this to keep track of your credentials whilst you're using the site. It is
important to remember to log out of the site so that this cookie is deleted
immediately. However, it will be deleted automatically after 30 minutes of
inactivity.
|
3. What is a cookie?
Cookies themselves only record those areas of the site that have been visited
by your computer, and for how long. You have the opportunity to
set your browser to accept all cookies, to notify you when a
cookie is issued, or not to receive cookies at any time. The last of these, of
course, means that you will not be able to receive services from Play4150.
|
4. Use and storage of your personal information
When you supply your personal information to Play4150, we have legal
obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. We must collect the
information fairly, that is, we must explain how we will use it and tell you if
we want to pass the information on to anyone else. In general, any information
you provide to Play4150 will only be used in the operation and provision of
day-to-day services by Play4150. It will never be supplied to anyone outside
Play4150 or the Mitresoft group without first obtaining your consent, unless we
are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it. Also, if you post or send
offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on Play4150 or otherwise engage in
any disruptive behaviour, and the company considers such behaviour to be
serious and/or repeated, the company can use whatever information that is
available to it about you to stop such behaviour.
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as you are a
member of Play4150. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is
held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998.
|
5. Access to your personal information
You have the right to request a copy of the personal information the Company
holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. (We charge £2 for
information requests.) Please email information requests to support@play4150.com.
